To kick off this amazing journey together, I’ll just need access to your blog’s CMS, like WordPress for example. This lets me, as your supportive sidekick, post blogs on your behalf. It’s much like giving me the keys to your creative kingdom! Every month, you’ll shower me with a few of your fabulous galleries to choose photos from, or if you’re cool with it, you can just give me access to your gallery platform and I’ll take a peek at all of the galleries. I totally understand that you might like to review things before they go live, so consider it done! I’ll save all blog posts as drafts for you to put your stamp of approval on before they set sail in the blogospheres. And about your beloved clients – you’ll need to fill me in with some background info so that I can invoke their story beautifully in the blog write-up. A questionnaire to your clients could be just the ticket to help collect things like the session location, their likes & dislikes, and their goals for the session. This is what collaboration looks like – you & me, making magic happen. Together, we’ll not just manage the operations but elevate your creative business to new heights!

If you’re on board with me taking care of your social media, that’s just fab! Firstly, I’ll need to connect with your chosen social media platform – personally, I’m a huge advocate of Instagram. So, how do we go about it? Pretty simple! You just add me as an Admin to your Facebook Business Page, which I’m sure you’ve already connected with your Instagram account. And let’s just be real – I respect your privacy, so there’s absolutely no need for your Instagram login info. Then we dive into the fun part – your photos! Whether you give me access to all of your galleries or choose to send me a selection at a time, that’s entirely your call. You can even whip up a Dropbox or Google Drive folder if that’s what floats your boat. From there, imagine me, like an art curator, picking out gems that flawlessly capture your unique style and brand. These chosen snaps will then become your weekly social media posts. And hey, I totally understand the desire to oversee – so rest assured, I’ll send over a preview each week for your go-ahead before scheduling starts. Remember, once the posts are scheduled, they’ll get automatically published on the saved day/time. So, how’s that for some hassle-free social media magic, eh?
